SUBSIDIARY AND ASSOCIATED COMPANIE
The following groups of companies are all part of PAHAYTC SDN BHD family: -

1.    Syarikat Saribu Sdn Bhd

This company carries out most of the Brunei’s projects especially to handle mechanical and engineering and control system works for water treatment and sewerage treatment system.

2.    Engmix Company

Most of the road finishing required asphalt concrete pavement, due to that reason this Asphalt Department was set up to cater the needs for project on road construction either newly constructed or resurfacing on the existing pavement car park, driveway and etc.

3.    Jurum Sdn Bhd

This company is involved in term key interior design for housing, kitchen, restaurant, office, shop and etc. We also provide the detail drawing for electronic system such as CCVT, sound, lights and etc.

4.    Saqilah Civil Development

This company carries out most of the Brunei’s Government projects below the value of BND250,000.00 in various scopes of works such as painting, road, earthwork, pipe laying, pumping system, housing and etc.

5.    Polyflow (B) Sdn Bhd

This is a joint venture company between a local company namely Pahaytc Sdn Bhd and a Malaysian company namely Polyflow Pipes (M) Sdn Bhd. The company’ is principally engaged in the manufacture of medium density polyethylene (MDPE) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes for purposes of supply, sale and trade of the same in Brunei Darussalam and overseas.

6.    Superwater Marketing Sdn Bhd

A local manufacture of drinking Axtivo ozonated water is produced with the world renowned prominent water treatment system.

7.    Universe Highway Company

This company supplies, provide maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and commercial vehicle and salon car.
