PAHAYTC SDN BHD is a limited company incorporated on the 9th September 1996 in Negara Brunei Darussalam. In fact, our origin started from Soon Foon Timber Merchant Company, which was founded and established by Madam Wong Siew Sing in 1960. Soon Foon Timber Merchant Company was one of the key frontiers for Government’s projects as the supplier for timbers and other building materials. Soon Foon Timber Merchant Company was later registered as private Limited Company known today as PAHAYTC SDN BHD and is registered with the Ministry of Development in Negara Brunei Darussalam as a Class VI contractor.
The company was set up by a group of Engineers equipped with technical know-how in modern industry best practices, consciousness, bold in striving and dynamically energetic. We are willing to explore with full confidence to learn from and to consults with talents in order to create bright future in the construction industry. We always welcome complains and criticisms in order to commit ourselves in providing our clients with the utmost and superior services. With this attitude, we are confident and believe there will be more projects to come in the coming future.
Our major line of business includes but not limited to C&S (Civil and Structural) constructions, M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) constructions and private property developments. Over the years of experience, we have evolved to a fully integrated construction company with expertise ranging from dam construction to spillway, water reservoir, tunneling works, earthworks, road works, bridgeworks, drainage works, waterworks, electrical works and sewer works. In addition, we possess several manufacturing plants that manufactures polyethylene pipes and oxygenated drinking water.
As part of our expansion in the business, PAHAYTC SDN BHD expands its business dimension to Facility Management, Integrated Management, Security System, Electronic Building Management, Electronic Control System, Sewerage Waste Water Treatment System, Pumping System and Water Treatment System. Apart from this, we also possess hot-mix asphaltic concrete plants, ready-mix concrete plant, machinery workshops and fabrication facility for Terra blocks for retaining walls.
